Why Sugar Is SOOOO Bad.

I have been telling the story of sugar induced inflammation for over a decade, and now it is really finally coming into mainstream. My conversation with one of my 60 Dayers today at the office :
– “my back has been hurting the last week, something a little unusual” what did you do? – “nothing that I know of” Sugar? – “well… I have had a more in the last few weeks, and aches and pains have all increased”
This is the story of so many people. You don’t know the difference, until you try it. But the biggest problem with sugar is that it is quietly pulling your health out of you, silently without you knowing until you stop and take a detailed look at your body, its function, your feeling, and your overall health. You can tell, trust me.
Because chronic low grade inflammation is the start of all of these conditions:
Type 2 Diabetes
Inflammatory bowel disease
The two biggies of course, heart disease and cancer… are problems at such a minute level when they begin, that you cannot find them. Irritation. Inflammation is another way to describe irritation. You irritate something, it inflames. It stays chronically irritated, and then it wants to mutate, just a little, but it is an alteration of cells… pre-cancer it is often called. Continuous irritation, and then the full dysplasia occurs. Cells that don’t die when they are supposed to, and rapidly divide. All because of irritation, which is another word for inflammation, which is most commonly caused at low grade chronic levels because of sugar.
