Preparing for the August-September Suero Challenge

As we prepare for the August-September Suero Challenge, we wanted to refresh your mind.

So we are in the Suero Challenge for many of you, and some are getting ready to get started.  30 days of healthy cellular detox.  Build a healthier intestine, and utilize the cultured whey to drive your cellular metabolism.  This will improve your energy (if you have deficiencies in mineral content), it will improve your digestion (if you have deficiencies in healthy bacteria – this includes just about all of us), it will improve your energy systems (if you have low levels of cultured foods in your diet already), and it will help stabilize your blood sugar (if your leptin levels aren’t below 12 already).
