This is a simple post. One that will help you to assess whether you are doing all that you need to do in order to be healthy. Simple questions that I thought up while fighting through the stomach bug that never became a bug, this past Sunday/Monday (yeah, queasiness never turned into more than that, well cramping and queasiness…. ).
Question Number 1:
When is the last time you have done a detox for your system?
The Buzz Word of the day… Celebrity Detox, has likely steered you away from this, because you think that it doesn’t hold any water. But the reality is that you, need detox. Just not Celebrity detox to lose 20 pounds. LOL. Garbage. You need to fight cancer now, before you have it, through detox.
Are you still buying Low Fat?
If so, your head is in the sand, and you are killing yourself. You haven’t lost the 20 pounds you thought you would eating low fat. Isn’t that enough of a hint for you? It isn’t the path to health. I eat twenty times as much fat as you, and my cholesterol is that of a 16 year old warrior. There is a science to this, and it has nothing to do with random ideas that have been tossed out without any scientific discernment… geez. Low fat didn’t hold water the day it was first developed.
Are you using artificial sweetener, OR sugar?
The two most cancer causing substances in our daily food supply. On one side, we have the substitutes, aspartame, sucralose and of course the the old school saccharin… nobody consumes saccharin any more. But, who is going to no longer consume these other two by the next five years? Everybody.
On the other hand we have sugar. Evil, destroy your insulin receptors, lead you to inflammation, and irritation that leads to dysplasia, and cancer.
Three simple questions. If you answered them wrong. You need to start changing… something.
